Request and confirmation of the reservation

Your request of reservation will be accepted only once you will receive a written confirmation by Grand Hotel Cesenatico.

All reservations have to be guaranteed by a credit card code with its term of use shown; you can send your credit card details by mail at info@grandhotelcesenatico.com or by fax at the +39/547/80270

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation the deposit will be kept as compensation.

from 01/06 till 31/08
No penalty is charged for cancellations made until 18:00 of the 15th day prior arrival. In case of cancellation of the whole stay beyond that term or of no show, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount will be charged or if the reserved stay is equal to or shorter than 3 days, the whole amount will be charged. In case of early departure, the whole stay has to be paid entirely.

INSURE YOUR STAY

Dear Guest, now that your booking is confirmed, you have time until 24H00 of tomorrow to add an insurance cover to your stay or the deposit.
